Clinical positions target 25 clinical hours per week.
Clinician owned, clinician led
We are entirely clinician owned and clinician led. Our leadership team are all mental health clinicians who maintain an active caseload and understand the demands of family life (we all have kids).
In the post-pandemic healthcare era, large private practice groups offer the best overall value for your time, when you factor in the increasing requirements of maintaining a solo practice, or the high hourly demands of a salaried hospital role.

We support hybrid work-from-home schedules, and both of our offices make in-office days worth the trip.
Woodstock
Our Woodstock office sits on the historic Woodstock Square, with coffee shops, restaurants, and a farmers market right outside our office door, making office days a fun opportunity to connect with colleagues.

Our Hinsdale office is housed within an office building with comfortable offices and lots of gathering space, conveniently located off Interstate 294 near Ogden Avenue, making the commute quick and easy from most of the surrounding communities.
