Biography:

Krystyna Wojtowicz is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who earned her Masters Degree (MA) in Clinical Psychology with a Child and Adolescent Specialization from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Krystyna works with individuals over 6-years-old and specializes in individual therapy with adults and adolescents.

Therapeutic Focus & Approach:

Krystyna’s clinical focus is on individuals struggling with depression, stress/anxiety, OCD, adjustment to life transitions, relationship distress, and parenting support. Krystyna approaches therapy with a person-centered approach and utilizes strategies that are appropriate to each client’s unique situation, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Counseling.
