Biography:

Ms. Pam McQuaid is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who earned her Master’s Degree (MA) in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She provides individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults.

Therapeutic Focus & Approach:

Pam’s clinical focus in on adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, stress, relationship issues, trauma, self-injury, anger/aggression, and defiance.   She uses a strengths-based,  person-centered approach.  Pam can help those interested in insight-oriented therapies, as well those looking for a more brief, solution-focused approach, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Reality Therapy, Anger Management techniques, and Stress Management.
