Ms. Sarah Jones is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who earned her Master’s Degree (MA) in Clinical Psychology with a Counseling Specialization from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Sarah works with people of all ages, and specializes in individual and family therapy with children and adolescents ranging in age from 3 to 17.
Therapeutic Focus & Approach:
Sarah’s clinical focus is on children and adolescents with a history of trauma and abuse, AD/HD, behavioral issues, anxiety/fear, OCD, emotional/mood difficulties and struggles with self-esteem. She also works a great deal with adults struggling with AD/HD, anxiety, and depression. Sarah uses a wide variety of techniques to help meet each individual’s unique needs including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Art Therapy, Relaxation/Coping skill development and Parent training/support.
