Sarah Kroll, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with The LodeStone Center. She provides medication management services closely coordinated with our therapists in a client-centered and integrated approach to mental health.

Taylor Skinner is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. She works for The LodeStone Center as both an outpatient therapist and as the primary intake clinician.

Dr. Samantha Kurkjian is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Sport Psychologist who earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and Sport Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Phoenix, Arizona. Sam works clinically with adults 18 and over and provides sport and performance services to athletes and performers of all ages.

Desiree’s primary goal as a clinician is to create a warm, supportive, and safe environment that promotes deeper exploration and understanding of one’s emotional experiences.

Krystyna Wojtowicz is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who earned her Masters Degree (MA) in Clinical Psychology with a Child and Adolescent Specialization from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
