The LodeStone Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to work in our Hinsdale office. This is a hybrid position with a minimum of one day in-office and the remainder of work optional from home. Clinicians can set their own schedule and work in fully furnished offices. LodeStone also provides a full administrative staff to support with billing and scheduling.

At LodeStone Center, we believe that if our staff is well-cared for, good client care will follow. Clinician well-being and growth is our highest priority. In addition, a sense of connection, community, and diversity amongst staff is highly valued. The ideal candidate will appreciate working with a diverse caseload and learning about multicultural factors in the therapeutic relationship. Clinicians at LodeStone are expected to provide gender-affirming and culturally-sensitive care to clients.

Additionally, our group is comprised of providers with a wide range of specialties, providing a rich and rewarding place to practice as a team member. We have a robust referral stream from various professionals in the community and can help our new team member’s caseload grow quickly (1-2 months). There is opportunity to work with clients of all ages and support available to explore new clinical specializations.

Benefits include:

  • Health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, HMO or HSA) with employer contribution
  • IRA Retirement Account with 3% Employer Match
  • Paid time off
  • Full malpractice insurance coverage provided
  • Long term disability insurance provided at 100%

  • Clinical supervision, as needed

A current license is required for consideration for this position. Only full-time applicants seeking a permanent position will be considered. We offer a highly competitive reimbursement arrangement and great benefits.

Careers With The LodeStone Center

The LodeStone Center for Behavioral Health is a large outpatient group practice focused on our vibrant therapist community, and the care of our patients. Our group is comprised of Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, and Clinical Professional Counselors. Our clinicians are a tight-knit group of professionals, and our clinic leadership is continually working to provide an enriching, fulfilling and fun environment that prioritizes the needs of our clinicians. Our center was formally launched as a product of merging two previously developed practices (TMS Psychological Services in Hinsdale, and Meridian Behavioral Health in McHenry County). Both practices have been in place for over a decade, and we have well established referral connections in our communities.

Why Work for a Large Group?

Clinicians are drawn to group practices for the community, the flexibility and the ability to have greater control over prioritizing career goals and family life depending on your own needs. A group practice also provides personal and professional connections alongside the safety and security of the many years of experience behind the business. We are able to achieve a level of professional diversity and stability that can take decades as a solo practitioner. At the same time, our clinicians maintain the autonomy and control over their careers and schedule that a salaried position in a hospital system cannot. If you don’t enjoy the business aspects or private practice, but want more flexibility and professional freedom than at a large institution, our group is a wonderful option to consider. If you have questions, or would like to apply to a position not listed on this page, don’t hesitate to reach out to our leadership team
