We offer a highly competitive reimbursement arrangement, great benefits and a supportive work environment. Our group is comprised of providers with a wide range of specialties, providing a rich and rewarding place to practice as a collaborative team member. Clinical supervision is available as needed, and opportunities for leadership development are consistently developing.
Benefits include:
- Health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, HMO or HSA) with employer contribution
- IRA Retirement Account with 3% Employer Match
- Full malpractice insurance coverage provided
- Long term disability insurance provided at 100%
- Short term disability insurance provided at 100%
- Dental insurance available
- Vision insurance available
- $300 annual continuing education stipend
- Full administrative support
- Clinical supervision, as needed
We have a robust referral stream from various professionals in the community and can help our new team member’s caseload grow quickly (typically 2-3 months). We offer plenty of opportunity for work with clients of all ages, and the support to explore new clinical specializations. Current license as a Clinical Psychologist is required for consideration for the current open position. Those awaiting licensure will not be considered. Only full-time applicants seeking a permanent position will be considered. Credentialed status with private insurers is a strong plus.
