Biography
Lauren Hultine, DNP, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She brings over nine years of diverse clinical experience in inpatient hospital care, having worked in a variety of settings including Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Medical-Surgical, and Mother-Baby units.
Dr. Hultine’s passion for mental health developed through her work in acute care, where she saw firsthand the critical importance of psychological well-being in treating the whole person. Her approach is holistic, evidence-based, and patient-centered, with a commitment to addressing both physical and emotional aspects of health.
Therapeutic Focus & Approach
Dr. Hultine integrates her advanced training and interdisciplinary clinical background to provide comprehensive, evidence-based medication management. She values a collaborative care model, working closely with patients and care teams to improve outcomes and foster long-term wellness. Dr. Hultine encourages patients to be active participants in their care, and she partners with them to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals, experiences, and needs.
At The LodeStone Center for Behavioral Health, Dr. Hultine focuses on anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She also has a special interest in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and new mothers, providing thoughtful and compassionate support during pivotal life transitions. Dr. Hultine sees patients in both the Woodstock and Hinsdale offices, and also offers appointments via Telehealth.
