Lindsey Traudt, LCPC

Biography

Lindsey Traudt is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who earned her Master’s Degree (MA) in Counseling Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. Lindsey works with adolescents and adults in both an individual and family setting.

Therapeutic Focus & Approach

Lindsey’s clinical focus is on adolescents and adults dealing with self-esteem and identity issues, emotional and mood difficulties, anxiety/fear, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and specializes in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. She utilizes a wide variety of techniques to help meet each individual’s unique needs, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), talk therapy, expressive therapies, relationship building, relaxation, and self-care techniques.
